Espresso

A seasonal house blend rotated every six weeks, plus a single-origin guest from a different roaster each month. Pulled on a La Marzocco Linea Mini.

    Single or double, served black or with a side of sparkling water.

    Two shots topped with a thin layer of velvet milk.

  • Cortado

    Equal parts espresso and steamed milk.

    Silky microfoam over a double shot. Five ounces.

    Traditional, dusted with cocoa.

  • Latte

    Smoother and longer. Eight ounces, ceramic mug.

    House espresso, dark ganache, whole milk.

Matcha

Ceremonial-grade matcha from a fourth-generation tea farm in Uji, Kyoto. Stone-milled to order, whisked in a bowl with a bamboo chasen.

Served from open until 14:30. Everything sits on sourdough from Pompey Bread Co. up the road.
