Espresso
A seasonal house blend rotated every six weeks, plus a single-origin guest from a different roaster each month. Pulled on a La Marzocco Linea Mini.

Espresso
SignatureSingle or double, served black or with a side of sparkling water.
Macchiato
Two shots topped with a thin layer of velvet milk.
Cortado
Equal parts espresso and steamed milk.
Flat White
SignatureSilky microfoam over a double shot. Five ounces.
Cappuccino
Traditional, dusted with cocoa.
Latte
Smoother and longer. Eight ounces, ceramic mug.
Mocha
House espresso, dark ganache, whole milk.

Matcha
Ceremonial-grade matcha from a fourth-generation tea farm in Uji, Kyoto. Stone-milled to order, whisked in a bowl with a bamboo chasen.

Iced Matcha

Strawberry Matcha

Hojicha Latte
Roasted Japanese green tea. Nutty, low caffeine, calming.
Matcha Bowl
Served the traditional way, in a chawan with a small wagashi sweet on the side.
